Weymouth Half Marathon 2022

There was a great turn out of WSPH runners at this years Weymouth half Marathon. The strong easterly wind made the run hard, but all WSPH starters made it to the finish line, with impressive results. Corey Stone, was the first WSPH home, with a fantastic time of 1:23:27 he came 18th overall, 18th male and 4th in his age catagory. Next over the line was Aidan Turner, coming 5th in his age category, not a PB, but a respectable time after recovery from Covid. Karen Perrett followed and was a very fantastic 8th women home, achieving a new PB and getting the trophy for 1st in her age group. Catherine Ronzitti was 8th in age, Alice Perrett 28th in age, Mike Askew 35th in age and Claire Homer 32nd in age. All very incredible results, well done WSPH. A superb turn out and wonderful running.
